Día numero 3 de la iniciativa sobre el amor propio ✨ En el día anterior nos encontramos en una cita versión desayuno, preparado por mi misma. Me estuve haciendo una de mis comidas favoritas y disfrutando el primer momento del día sola con mis pensamientos, pasando un momento de paz y tranquilidad. Hablando de pensamientos, una de las mejores cosas que podemos hacer para mejorar nuestro amor propio es pensar bastante, dedicar un momento al día solo para esto.

I was making myself one of my favorite meals and enjoying the first moment of the day alone with my thoughts, having a moment of peace and quiet. Speaking of thoughts, one of the best things we can do to improve our self-esteem is to think a lot, to dedicate a moment a day just for this.

En esta oportunidad estaremos haciendo algo más reflexivo, el día corresponden a: "Hacer una escritura intuitiva, hablar de los sentimientos que genera en ti esta fecha y meditarlo". Un momento perfecto para hablar de los sentimientos es este, de esta manera podemos soltarnos más y tener una mejor fluidez para hablar de lo que sentimos.

Principalmente debemos hablar sobre lo que me genera esta fecha, yo soy una persona un poco sentimental y todo lo que sea bonito me resulta muy tierno, me gusta las cosas relacionadas con el amor me generan sentimientos muy lindos. Esta fecha es bonita, por lo menos yo la considero así. Todo el mes esta lleno de amor, ya sea por cosas comerciales o por acciones de las personas, por lo tanto me impulsa a hacer cosas de este estilo (Aunque el resto del año también ocurren estas cosas) Pero se intensifican en estos días por ser el mes del amor. Lo cual no le veo nada de malo. Puedo resumir todos mis sentimientos en uno solo: Amor. Siendo el amor quien nos impulsa a hacer cosas hermosas en esta fecha y en todo el año.
