According to history, watermelon is set to be eaten at summer period when the sun is shining which help you get hydrated, normally I would say that watermelon is full up with water because every part of it contains water but after my research, I got to know watermelon contain 92% which helps your immune system, and help digestion too like something when I am done with my meal at night I take less water and consume watermelon to help me digest well before I go to bed
