Being in green nature is a new way of falling in love, comes with numerous benefits.

Have seen people decorating their houses with different flowers, at homes people do plant all sorts of trees and go as far as raising a garden growing vegetables of all sorts, i've always wondered the reasons as to why people do love surrounding themselves with all these green nature, little did i find myself doing the same in my own house too.

  • Growing flowers at home can never be out fashioned, for me seeing beautiful flowers coupled with nice fragrances always makes me relaxed with a very pleasant feelings and brings back some sweet memories,
    The nature has blessed us with more enough green plants, which comes with numerous benefits utilizing it has been the major problems fazed with the world.

Infact Being in an unpleasant environments can can depression and makes one helpless

I think most times we are being blinded with the negatives rather than appreciating the beauty of nature especially the green plants, talk about big trees they have their own benefits, vegetables are surely nutritious to the body, the herbs contributing to the wellbeing and also the ornamental flowers.


  • maybe not everybody can have access to the green nature, thats why its important to grow it around houses, at the corridor or backyards
    Spending much time watching TV, or surfing the net can even cause for damage. It would be much better to look out for nature instead,

I could remember a time i needed to change the wallpapers of my room a long time ago, i had to go for the one that had the nature as its design because for me viewing the scenes of nature has a way of easing whatever stress or pressure am passing through, emotionally makes me feel better and once you have that pleasant feelings it surely good for the physical wellbeing, the heart tends to function well, thereby reducing heart diseases.


  • what about mental health; anxiety and depression has been one of the causing damages to the mental health but do you know being in nature or spending quality time can help reduces anxiety and depression according to ecotherapy

  • But There has been some factors threatening the green nature, as much as we would love to enjoy the green nature some factors are opposing,
    factors like overpopulation , as the population increases, its important to make provisons, more shelter plus other requirements this pose a major threat to the nature
  • another one is deforestation; people tend to use the green nature carelessly even without thoughts of replacing the used ones, erosion comes and wipe all things built on earth surface.

The most important thing is there should be a balance, while we all should makes it a habit on getting in touch with the nature especially the green nature, most be optimally utilized and adequately be replenished

When i was young, i did learn to plant trees, i remnber my late dad do tell me to learn to give back to nature
