THE UNIQUE LEMON GRASS' TEA HIGHLY REFRESHING & FOR CALMING ANXIETY.

The lemon grass is dated back as far as time itself, this medicinal grass as been in existence for long and its benefits/usefulness has been dicovered from way back, no wonder people find a way to grow this grass, for some people they call it 'tea grass' .
Its scent is unique, infact its used in perfumery.
Growing lemon grass is not that difficult as it can survive under any weather under any condition.

Apart from being used in perfumery because of its saints, its also used by herbalists to make some magical oils.

But its uses is mostly domestically since its home friendly grass.

For me personally i think i need to take lemon grass tea to calm my anxiety, crypto market has been on a declined recently, will it rise again or fall further i cant say but i think i need to calm my nerves and blood pressure.

I took it hot and i feel refreshed, i'd boiled the leaves for hours just to extract its juice adding lemon fruit which is a citrus and contain some minerals which aid metabolism of course i needed to shed off some weights.

So also, it aids sleeping and relieved pain and refreshes the body, since its aid digestions.
I forgot to add that lemon grass is also a raw material because of its scent and used as fragrance in soaps making.

• most of its benefits comes from taking the lemon grass as a tea, mostly by boiling the leaves to get the juice.

However, most of these herbs come with side effects if not properly/adequately used, it should be taken with caution, not recommended for pregnant women though or those with low heart rate some of its side effects are dizziness, hunger, frequent urination if taken too much.

Next time i will talk on how to propagate and transplant it. I'm also working on getting more of it in my garden as i've almost exhaust the ones i have, its one of those herbs i frequently use.
