Yum! I just had some yuca served like this the other day. It was fantastic with fresh guacamole on top, but I can see why people enjoy the sweeter toppings, too. One of my favorite farmers just harvested the first of their sweet potatoes to have at the farmers market this weekend. Can't wait to get my hands on some!
