Yesterday I ate only green apples from my tree. I love an apple fast, although 'love' should not really be the point, right? Fasting is excellent for our health.. somehow the world made us believe stuffing ourselves with life in the form of food and everything else it sells was the answer.

I always try to assess my habits and adjust. Like going to same spot in yoga studio every single time. The things we get attached to.. It's a good habit to question why or to do things differently to see what comes up. Great post..

Hey there River, yes you must be swimming in apples at the moment, well done and what a good fast feast.

Apparently some habits are good as regulation and regularity is considered in the mode of goodness, particularly when performing your daily sadhana or meditation routine. Thanks for your positive feedback.
