Oh yes - this is seriously backed by science. The skin is used as a secondary elimination system when liver and bowel are dysfunctional - and parsley stimulates the primary detox mechanism in the liver: think of it as biological drain cleaner. We love juicing it, as a vegetable in tabloueh and a BIG handful goes into many of our green salads. YUM.
