Grapefruit paste

Hello friends how are you all hope all is well i am much better by the grace of allah Today I am posting after 10 days after many days. These few days were spent with a few physical problems and some failures. Inshallah, regular writing will continue from now on. So friends, today's topic is talking about lemon paste. We all eat more or less lemons. I like to eat lemon. Lemons are in high demand for vitamin C. Today, a few of us cut lemons and ate them all with oil, pepper and salt. Got a great feeling.


The most familiar fruit is the grapefruit. Grapefruit is called by many names. Batabi lemon, brown lemon, cholam, big lemon etc. Grapefruit is a fruit that is beneficial and nutritious. It has the most vitamin C. Grapefruit contains 105 mg of vitamin C. Paper lemons and leafy lemons contain 63 mg. It is found to have good benefits in cold-related problems. Grapefruit helps to increase the body's resistance to disease.
You know, winter is coming. Many types of fruits can be found this winter. There are some special fruits inside it. Which is a kind of good medicine for the body. Such as lemon or batabi lemon. We call these fruits lemons. Many say grapefruit. However, there are many benefits to this fruit. It's a little sour fruit. It takes a little sour to eat. That's why we ate it mixed with different things. Lots of tastes and fun.


I have benefited a lot from eating it. Because, I had a little cold. It is a very useful fruit for colds. Applying it with mustard oil clears the throat and clears the cold. Because this fruit contains acid. Grapefruit is rich in vitamin C. It increases the contraction-dilation capacity of blood vessels and helps in controlling various diseases of diabetes, fever, insomnia, stomach and pancreas. In addition, grapefruit controls cholesterol and protects against various types of heart disease. Regular consumption of grapefruit relieves constipation and cures various digestive problems in the stomach.

It is wonderful how nature provides us with the fruits and plants that we need to for each season. Citrus in winter for when we may suffer with the cold. I do love citrus foods, thanks for sharing how you use them. x
