THank you so much for the compliment!! It was really lovely with butter (and with cheese) and I absolutely will make it again. Right now I am baking a Auffrischbrot with a weird flour mix (buckwheat, whoe meal rye, whole meal wheat) and toasted pecans and hazelnuts. Tonight I will know more... :-DDDD
