Ingredients

2 Pork Chops
Tortilla wrap
Butter
Mozzarella Cheese
1 medium onion
Barbecue sauce

Step 1

Take your onion and chop it up.

Step 2

Fry off your onion until it is golden brown.

Step 3

Grill your pork chops until the edge is golden brown on each side. I had cooked mine the previous day, so I cut them up into strips and heated them up.

Step 4

Take your wrap and heat it in oven for a few minutes or microwave for 20 seconds.

Step 5

Add the pork chops and onions to the wrap.

Step 6

Now we grate on our cheddar cheese.

Step 7

Melt the cheese next under the grill.

Step 8

Now add as much Barbecue sauce as you see fit.

Step 9

We have two options now. Either eat it as is or roll it up and cut it in half as I did below.

This one can be enjoyed for lunch or an accompaniment with dinner or even serve two and it would suffice as a dinner.
