Hoy les comparto una receta crujiente y muy deliciosa como para chuparse los dedos, se trata de pollo frito que preparé para el almuerzo de la familia, para complacerlos ya que desde hace un tiempo me lo estaban solicitando, y si hay algo que me complace es verlos felices a todos.

Today I share with you a crunchy and very delicious recipe to lick your fingers, it is fried chicken that I prepared for the family lunch, to please them since they have been requesting it for a while, and if there is something that pleases me, it is see you all happy.

Ingredientes:

½ kg de pollo picado en pedacitos
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de paprika picante
1 cucharadita de salsa de soja
1 cucharadita de orégano seco
1 taza de harina de trigo
Aceite para freír
3 papas grandes
Sal y pimienta al gusto

Ingredients:

½ kg of chicken chopped into pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of hot paprika
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup of wheat flour
Oil for frying
3 large potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Paso a paso / Step by step

🍗Colocamos el pollo en un bol, le agregamos todos los condimentos y lo dejamos macerar en la nevera por aproximadamente 25 minutos.

🍗 We put the chicken in a bowl, add all the seasonings and let it marinate in the fridge for approximately 25 minutes.

🍗En una bolsa agregamos la harina de trigo y la salpimentamos para que también tenga un poco de sabor.

🍗 In a bag we add the wheat flour and season it so that it also has a little flavor.

🍗 Colocamos el pollo dentro de la bolsa y la agitamos para que la harina se adhiera bien.

🍗 Luego lo en un caldero con aceite bien caliente lo freímos hasta que estén bien doradito.

🍗 Then in a cauldron with hot oil, we fry it until it is golden brown.

🍗 Y para este menú no podría faltar las papas, primero pensé en preparar un puré; pero ganaron las papas horneadas, para prepararlas le colocamos un poquito de aceite, sal, pimienta y orégano seco.

🍗 And for this menu I could not miss the potatoes, first I thought about preparing a puree; but the baked potatoes won, to prepare them we put a little oil, salt, pepper and dried oregano.
