Today I share with you a crunchy and very delicious recipe to lick your fingers, it is fried chicken that I prepared for the family lunch, to please them since they have been requesting it for a while, and if there is something that pleases me, it is see you all happy.
½ kg de pollo picado en pedacitos
1 cucharadita de ajo en polvo
1 cucharadita de paprika picante
1 cucharadita de salsa de soja
1 cucharadita de orégano seco
1 taza de harina de trigo
Aceite para freír
3 papas grandes
Sal y pimienta al gusto
½ kg of chicken chopped into pieces
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon of hot paprika
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup of wheat flour
Oil for frying
3 large potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
Paso a paso / Step by step
🍗 We put the chicken in a bowl, add all the seasonings and let it marinate in the fridge for approximately 25 minutes.
🍗 In a bag we add the wheat flour and season it so that it also has a little flavor.
🍗 We put the chicken inside the bag and shake it so that the flour adheres well.
🍗 Then in a cauldron with hot oil, we fry it until it is golden brown.
🍗 And for this menu I could not miss the potatoes, first I thought about preparing a puree; but the baked potatoes won, to prepare them we put a little oil, salt, pepper and dried oregano.
