One Of My Fav The Combination Of Soup And Noodles
Sometimes I just can't choose between clear soup and noodles. Both are my comfort food. I can choose both for my main meal when I don't feel like eating rice for my carb intake.
Without the hassle of deciding which menu to enjoy, I can combine the two. How to? Actually, quite simple. I just need to choose a food that has ingredients in the form of a combination of soup and noodles.
Chicken Noodles At Batam City
If you visit Indonesia, of course, you have to try this delicious menu! Chicken Noodles. Given the name chicken noodles does not mean this type of noodle dish is made from chicken. The chicken that is meant for this noodle is the topping. Topped with small pieces of chicken cooked with traditional spices and seasonings.
What is characteristic of the chicken topping is the sweet taste. That will create a balanced blend of sweet and savory flavors. Yeeep, Indonesian people, especially Javanese people like me really like food with a mix of sweet and savory.
Another thing that is characteristic is the use of this type of yellow noodle which is intended for this type of noodle dish. There are many types of noodle dishes that use, but use different types of noodles. In the presentation of Chicken Noodles, noodles have a chewy texture with a relatively small thickness of noodles compared to noodles for mie sop (read in Indonesian: simple noodle soup).
Chicken Noodles are also served with mustard green veggies. For the final touch, the dish is sprinkled with fried onions and spring onions.

But my fav is the Chicken Noodles served with soup gravy. Soup gravy is rich in spices that taste and smell delicious. It is a heavenly blend that you must try.

I chose Joss Gandozz Cafe & Resto to enjoy Chicken Noodles as my lunch at that time. why? Incidentally, my husband is friends with the owner of Joss Gandozz Cafe & Resto. So, my husband did take me to eat my favorite food here.
Our choice is correct. It's a decent stop for lunch. Honestly, I love Chicken Noodles by Joss Gandozz Cafe & Resto. The taste of pleasure is unquestionable. They have a rich gravy soup. So, I really appreciate that. Gravy soup that is not bland.
Wait, never forget the chili, also the sauce and soy sauce. Usually, on the table, several complementary elements will be provided. I added a lot of chili to my chicken noodle bowl. As for the sauce and soy sauce, I only add a little bit. The most important thing is the chili which makes me feel even more excited to eat!
For drinks, I chose green juice, a blend of mustard greens and pineapple. Unfortunately, too sweet. So, after I reduce the contents of the glass a little, then I add water so it's not too sweet.
Overall, I'm very happy to be able to stop by that place. It can be seen from my happy face when I welcome the food. The one-dollar bowl of chicken noodles has made me happy. Thank you universe!

It looks very cheap and delicious. I've never seen soup and noodles together before and you've already eaten. I think chicken would add flavor to this dish.
