My Daily Diet Revealed

I have been on this Diet for like half a month and even though I feel different I haven't witnessed any physical changes in me which is usually considering I only had this Diet for 15 days. So yeah it is definitely going to take some time but I feel like let's write down my diet in simple terms. Plus I want to hold myself responsible by writing things down in Blogs so that I don't turn away from them. So let's start with the most important Meal of the Day which is my Breakfast.

My Breakfast starts with some Honey Lemon Juice which is mixed in some warm water which I drink every morning just after waking up, in fact, I take it right on my Bed. The next thing is my actual Breakfast which goes either of two ways. One way goes the whole Fruit Platter theme with different types of fruits to eat on another side I go the Oats route. One thing that remains constant in both ways is that I eat a Hard-Boiled Egg with both the Courses.

The next is the Lunch which starts with a bowl full of Salad consisting of Cucumbers, Carrots, Tomatoes, and some Onions. As for the seasoning I use Salt, Pepper, Lime Juice, and some Chillies for some Intense Seasoning. The next part is where I get some Rice and by some, I mean a tiny bowl full of Rice, and that same Bowl is the metric in which I get my Veggies and Protein for the meal. So I get 1 bowl of Rice, 1 bowl of Veggies, and 1 bowl of Protein.

As for my Dinner which is the final meal of the day I eat the same Salad as Lunch but this time instead of Rice I eat two Chapatis with two sides of Veggies and Protein which are once again bound by the same metric of the Tiny Bowl. Apart from these three meals I also take some dry fruits whenever I feel hungry and it is always 10-15 nuts max, this keeps me quite full for most of the day.

So yeah that's My Diet which I have been following for the last 15 days and I hope to continue it fully at least for 3 months straight. Oh yeah, and I am still not having any Sugar in my Diet except on Sundays.
