A Victory Snack

Ah now this was a day to remember, It was my second time visiting Mullayanagiri Peak which is situated in Chickmagalur Karnataka, India and is also the highest peak in Karnataka with an elevation of 1,930 meters.

Sadly climbing up the peak is child's play, Why you ask ? The entire way up is by STAIRS and I really didnt like it because I prefer having an actual trek to the top and i've been on over 75+ treks in my life time.

I'll come back to why this was a day to remember now. The temperature at that point of time when I did the climb was around 18 degrees and I was in my shorts YES SHORTS!!! and a T-Shirt to make it even worse. In short it was cold ASF, my ears went numb during the climb and I had goosebumps all over.

On my way back down I really needed something warm to consume to get my body temperature back to normal and thats pretty much when I decided to head over to the near by cart and buy a bowl of Maggi Noodles (This Brand Is Super Famous In India)

It costed me Rs 40 (0.54 USD) for a single bowl and it was so freaking good that I took another 3 of them (Mostly Because I Was Freezing My Ass Off LOL)

My friends had the time of their lives watching me almost freeze to death here HAHA and this experience turned out to be quite intense for me.

I had my DSLR with me at that time because I was on my way to Coorg also know as The Scotland Of India for a 2 day Food Tour.

The entire image isnt in frame because I was using my 50mm lense here. I had this bowl on one hand and the camera in one hand and the minimum distance required for a subject is about 14 inches from the lense (For 50mm Only). I ain't Mr Fantastic to stretch my hands so far out now am I LOL.

54 cents?! Is that a common type of street food in India-- noodles and veggies, that kind of thing? Why do they call Coorg "the Scotland of India"? So many questions! lol

Yupp it's a pretty common street food here especially in the northern parts of India. Coorg is a pretty beautiful touristy place you have fancy bungalows, waterfalls, a fort, a buch of famous resorts and varieties of homemade wines which taste pretty good. As far as ik that's why it's called the Scotland of India 😂

Super cool! I haven't been to Scotland, so I wouldn't even be able to spot the similarities. But one of my more recent dreams is to travel around trying the street foods in different areas. That would be deliciously fascinating! :)

Same here as of now I'm traveling around the country trying out different foods but once I make enough money I want to travel across the world doing the same this.
