My Homemade Creamy Meatball Soup

Do you know that meat does not get as much nutrition as is hidden in its soup. This soup increases your immunity, reduces food allergies, makes joints strong and helps keep the body healthy. Ordinary soup becomes much more tender if you add just one ingredient and becomes beneficial for our health.

This soup contains a lot of calcium, phosphorus and magnesium which makes bones strong. It can promotes good bacteria in the stomach, which makes the digestive system strong. Also, good bacteria can fight any type of infection.

Ingredients

  • Water 1¹⁄₂ liters
  • Potato 2-3 pieces
  • Carro 1 piece
  • Minced meat 300 g
  • Salt taste
  • Ground black pepper taste
  • Egg 1 piece
  • Manka 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Bow 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
  • Cream with a fat content of 20-30% 200–250 ml
  • Greenery taste

Steps to follow



Boil water in a saucepan. Add potatoes and carrots, cut into small pieces. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Minced meat, salt, pepper, mix with egg and semolina. Blind meatballs no more than a walnut.

Throw meatballs to boiling vegetables. Continue cooking for another 10-15 minutes.

Chop the onion and fry in a pan with oil to make it golden.

Add onion, cream, salt and pepper to the pot with vegetables and meatballs. Stir and let it burn for another 3-5 minutes.
