Hey Foodies!
It doesn't look like much but it tasted amazing!

Here’s what I use:

100g Rice
190g of Tofu
400g of Frozen veggies

Instructions & Cooking Times:

I fried the Tofu and cooked the rice while the Greens was heating

Looks delish!!! You can't go wrong with rice and tofu. I love having that convenient bag of frozen veggies on hand.

Some days I just want something simple and easy! And a frozen bag of veggies with rice and tofu, to the trick :D

A lot of my dinners is currently like this, I just dont really have the energy to make big dinners when its -5 outside and dark xD

I live in Denmark, so we get the nordic cold and darkness :p

We still get to see the Sun now and then for a few hours a day, some days xD
