Vegan Protein Breakfast for gains!
Hey Foodies! I wanted to post this yesterday. But Lo and behold I forgot to take the pictures :p
See @riverflows - Lots of Carbs for me :p
Here’s what I use:
From right:
5g of Sunflower Seeds
100g of Oats
1 tsp of Peanut butter
1 Brazil nut (On top of the Peanut butter)
15g of Vegan Protein
2 dl of Soya Milk
Spices:
Himalayan salt
Instructions & Cooking Times:
I warm the milk first and then I add the peanut butter.
When its "melted" I add the rest in a random order.
I eat the Brazil nut on its own.
