Vegan Tomato Lentil Stew for lunch!
Hey Foodies! Its a bit of a late lunch for me, but I wasn't really that hungry and I really didn't know what I wanted to eat, so I had to google it. I almost had everything needed, so it made it easy!
Here’s what I use:
1 Small Onion
3 Garlic
3g of Oil
94g of Carrots
50g of Red Lentils
85g of Broccoli
200g of Chopped Tomatoes
5g of Nutritional Yeast
Spices:
Cumin
Pepper
Salt
Tumeric
Curry
Instructions & Cooking Times:
"Fry" the onion and garlic with the small amount of oil and add the spices after 1-2 min. Let it fry for 2 min-ish.
I then added the Chopper tomatoes with all of the other veggies and slow good it while the lentils got ready in another small pot.
