What I eat in a day!

Heyyo!


I have wanted to try to do a "What I eat in a day" (video) Its only going to be a post for now, I am not comfortable on camera yet xD It might happend at some point, but I dont know.

Breakfast:

For breakfast I eat the same thing every single day and I am not tired of it yet!
I eat Oat porriage.

Ingredients:
100-110g of Finely Rolled Oats.
2 dl of Oat milk.
2 tbps of Cinnamon.
10g of mixed blended seeds (Flax-, sesame- and pumping seeds)
Some salt.

This is what I eat daily and have done so for months now.

Lunch


For lunch I made something very simple(properly not worth the calories :p)

I cooked some Blue Dragon - Wholewheat Noodles.

Ingredients:
100g wholewheatboodles
1 Tbps of soy sauce
5g of a taco mix thingy
1 diced veggie bouillon.
And a pinch of chili

Very simple.

Dinner

My dinner today is also going to be fairly easy and properly a bit weird for some of you. But I am kinda just using whatever I have in my kitchen to get rid of it before it goes bad :D

I made a miss match dinner with chickpeas mixed with rice on top of a burger bun with some soy sauce and a few veggies.

Ingredients:
1 Can of chickpeas (240g)
100g of white rice
2 burger buns (110g)
100g of mixed veggies
30g of mustard
20g of ketchup

Quite nice and interesting :D

I had 193 calories left to eat, I ate a few small oat cookies here later, so thats covered :D
"Forbrændt" means "burned" from walking in this case.

you have fairly simple but packed nutrient meal. Is this something you normally eat? are you on stimulants too? as in drinking caffeine, energy drink, etc?

Besides the breakfast with noodles then yes, this is kinda my go to meals :D
And no, I quit everything with caffeine in it (Had a headache for 1 week from cutting Coffee)
I have also been smoke free for one year now.
Little to none alcohol aswell, if I drink beer its alcohol-free now.

I also did a social media / online detoxic, which was really hard, I let go of instagram, but youtube is still a bitch, but its hard if you dont have anything else to work on, on that given day. Might been easier down the line :D

I see, so how does it help you with your ADHD? are you better at managing tasks? less forgetfull? any improvements?

Youtube is good when you try to find helpful information

It makes me more calm and let me control the adhd and myself a bit more than before.
So its easier now to focus for longer periods of time and I don't seek out what give me the most dopamine hit the fastest way.

While doing all of this, I have also practice delaying dopamine hits.

I am on youtube daily xD
