Fried plantain and egg for breakfast
Hi Hiveians
This lovely morning I had my home breakfast of fried plantain and egg which is better, fast and easy to prepare.
When frying plantain for myself, I tends to eat almost half of it before I finish frying it that is how I so much love plantain.
Very simple and easy to prepare, all you need is salt and oil.
