Hola amigos #foodie espero que se encuentren muy pero muy bien, hoy paso por aquí para compartir con ustedes una receta super fácil de hacer y que a todos les encantará para una merienda familiar o para mandarle a los más pequeños de merienda a la escuela, se trata de una torta de banana casera super fácil de hacer que combinada con helado es muy pero muy deliciosa.

Cómo a mí me encanta el chocolate, en casa siempre tengo Toddy o ChocoListo que son de mis bebidas chocolatadas favoritas en el mundo mundial, y he probado la combinación de estos polvos de chocolate con la torta de banana y queda muy pero muy bien así que está preparación le he agregado Toddy pero ya queda a gusto de cada quien.

As I love chocolate, at home I always have Toddy or ChocoListo which are my favorite chocolate drinks in the world, and I have tried the combination of these chocolate powders with banana cake and it is very, very good so I have added Toddy to this preparation but it is up to each one's taste.

INGREDIENTES || INGREDIENTS

🍌 3 Bananas bien maduras.
🍌 150 gr de mantequilla.
🍌 1 taza de azúcar.
🍌 2 huevos.
🍌 1 taza de leche.
🍌 1 1/2 tazas de harina de trigo.
🍌 2 cucharadas de vainilla.
🍌 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear.
🍌 Toddy o ChocoListo. (Opcional)

🍌 3 well ripe bananas.
🍌 150 gr butter.
🍌 1 cup sugar.
🍌 2 eggs.
🍌 1 cup milk.
🍌 1 1/2 cups wheat flour.
🍌 2 tablespoons vanilla.
🍌 1 teaspoon baking powder.
🍌 Toddy or ChocoListo (Optional).

PREPARACIÓN || PREPARATION

1. Lo primero que vamos hacer, es tomar esas Bananas que ya casi se nos pasan de maduras y las pelamos y las colocamos en un envase, y con ayuda de un tenedor o un triturador de papas haremos un pure, procurando que no nos queden trozos grandes, cuando tengamos nuestro puré listo reservamos hasta el momento de usar.

The first thing we are going to do, is to take those Bananas that we are almost over ripe and peel them and place them in a container, and with the help of a fork or a potato masher we will make a mash, trying not to leave us large chunks, when we have our mash ready we reserve until ready to use.

1. En el bol dónde hacemos las mezclas para tortas vamos a colocar la mantequilla que esté a temperatura ambiente y el azúcar, podemos agregar menos azúcar si así lo queremos, recordemos que las bananas son dulces y le aportarán dulce a nuestra mezcla. Con una batidora vamos a mezclar hasta que se unan la mantequilla con el azúcar y se forme una crema.

1. Seguidamente iremos incorporando los huevos de uno en uno, es decir agregamos uno y batimos bien, cuando esté bien integrado agregamos el otro e integramos bien.

1. Llegó el momento de agregar a la mezcla el puré de bananas que hicimos al principio, una cosa a tener en cuenta es que cuando hagamos el puré las bananas deben estar a temperatura ambiente. Agregamos y mezclamos bien.

1. Le pondremos las cucharadas de vainilla, y mezclamos.

1. Al agregar la harina de trigo la vamos a pasar por un colador fino para cernir la harina y le agregamos el polvo de hornear para que caiga a la mezcla junto a la harina y mezclamos con una paleta de madera, agregamos la harina en dos tandas.

1. En una bandeja para tortas la engrasamos y luego cubrimos con harina, vamos a colocar la mitad de la mezcla que hemos hecho para agregarle un poco del Toddy encina de la mezcla de la torta.

1. luego agregamos el resto de la mezcla, y llevamos al horno a fuego alto por 30 minutos aproximadamente.

1. Cuando empiece a oler rico la cocina, hacemos la prueba del palito de madera, si sale limpio es momento de sacar muestra torta del horno.

Está torta queda super Suave y esponjosa estoy segura que a todos les encantará, y sí la acompañamos con un refrescante helado la sacarán del estadio, estoy segura.
