Hello community of good taste, today I bring you this fun strawberry flavored jelly, I will tell you that there is nothing easier than making a jelly but the difficult thing has always been waiting a few minutes to eat it. With me I have a jelly mold, that's why I decided to prepare it, to obtain a firm jelly bar hahahaha and it was not achieved as such, since apparently my impatience won. I must also say that it was a lot of fun sharing this preparation with a friend and spending the afternoon eating this delicious red morsel, totally fascinated like a child by the color.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Powdered gelatin

1 jelly mold

Olla
1 molde de gelatina
PREPARATION:
- We take the measure of a cup of water in a pot and apply the powdered gelatin. We dissolve it with a teaspoon, and wait for it to boil to remove it from the heat.
PREPARACIÓN:
- Tomamos la medida de una taza de agua en una olla y aplicamos la gelatina en polvo. Lo disolvemos con una cucharadita, y esperamos a que hierva para retirarlo del fuego.
I confess that this part moved me, because I never used this mold before, it was from my grandmother hahaha an inherited utensil.
4 For this step, we take the liquid gelatin to the refrigerator to harden for a couple of minutes.
Confieso que esta parte me emociono, porque nunca antes usé este molde, era de mi abuela jajaja un utensilio heredado.
