Hello dear community, today I come with a super rich and nutritious recipe. It is nutritious because it is made with a natural citrus and the best thing is that you do not spend anything.

I made this compote, with a few passion fruit that I picked in the morning in the back of my house, from a plant that I have and I got creative.
Look at a bit of my harvest, here they have flowers that are given before to form the passion fruit, observe the process.

Hola querida comunidad, hoy vengo con una receta súper rica y nutritiva. Es nutritivo porque está elaborado con un cítrico natural y lo mejor es que no te gastas nada.

Hice esta compota, con unos cuantos maracuyá que recogí por la mañana en la parte de atrás de mi casa, de una planta que tengo y me puse creativa.
Mira un poco de mi cosecha, aquí tienen flores que se dan antes para formar la maracuyá, observa el proceso.

THEN TO MAKE THIS COMPOTE, WE ONLY NEED:

3 passion fruit and 150 g of sugar.

LUEGO PARA HACER ESTA COMPOTA, SOLO NECESITAMOS:

3 maracuyá y 150 g de azúcar.

FOR THE PREPARATION WE DO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. We chop the fruit in half to remove the liquid, so that we separate the cochas and the liquid.

PARA LA PREPARACIÓN HACEMOS LO SIGUIENTE:

  1. Picamos la fruta por la mitad para quitar el líquido, de manera que separamos las cochas y el líquido.

2. Now in a pot, cut the passion fruit peels into pieces and bring them to a boil or until soft.
2. Ahora en una olla, cortar las cáscaras de maracuyá en trozos y llevarlas a ebullición o hasta que estén blandas.

  1. Having already cooked the peels and the pulp of the passion fruit in another container, we join it and we take it all to the blender. It is important to add little water so that it thickens.
3. Habiendo cocido ya las cáscaras y la pulpa de la maracuyá en otro recipiente, lo unimos y lo llevamos todo a la licuadora. Es importante agregar poca agua para que espese.

4. Once it is well blended, we strain it, we take it to a large cup to mix its sugar to taste.
4. Una vez que esté bien licuado, lo colamos y lo llevamos a una taza grande para mezclarle su azúcar al gusto.

This is all friends and so we will have this rich compote, made only from passion fruit, without cornstarch. Totally natural
Esto es todo amigos y así obtenemos esta rica compota, hecha solo de maracuyá, sin maicena. Totalmente natural.

Thanks for sharing. Be careful not to get any of the white liquid sap from the vines on your skin. It can make you sick, and very difficult to clean off!
