I Am Disappointed With My Lunch

Hello...
Today i will talk about food once again.
And this is a food that i often talked about in my post.
The reason why i often talked about this food is because this food is basically my most favorite food in the world.
Dont get me wrong, i have quite big variant of favorite food in the world.
And i really enjoy fine food.
But this food is something really close to my heart, its like a home in the food category of my heart.
Its might kinda like a nonsense to hear but it is really what i felt towards this food.
So what it is?
Ofcourse, without a doubt, Mie Ayam.
My goal is to try to find and review all mie ayam that i can find.
I will keep looking till i found the very best one.
And this one, first of all i will give a spoiler, its not really good.
So its started because few days ago my brother bring Mie Ayam home for himself.
Since i really really like mie ayam, i asked to take a bit out of his, and surprisingly its very good.
I think that is one of the best in our area.
I was really surprised.
So i planned to buy it again.
Then i asked my brother to go with me to buy mie ayam today as my lunch and I promised to buy him one too.
We went out to go to the place that he bought the mie ayam few days ago because it taste so good and i like it.
But sadly, its closed.
I am so disappointed.
So we look around and my brother told me that he saw a new opening Mie Ayam restaurant not far from there.
And the place is very full of people.
So he thought that the mie ayam there might be good.

The name of the restaurant is Bakso Samudera.
When i arrived here, my jaw dropped.
So this is a place that i know.
I’ve been to Bakso Samudera few times before.
But its not her before, so they located in another place not far from this location.
So from what I remembered, i wuite like their mie ayam so i told my brother to just buy the mie ayam in here.

After came inside, i realized why they changed their location.
The reason are because they want to move to a bigger place.
Their place in old location is quite small and narrow.
And this time the place is way bigger and spacious.

They separated the soup and noodle because me and my brother wants to eat in our house.
I planned to do private isolation because i want to travel to another city not long more.
This is the noodle, i ordered the mie ayam with egg and no meat balls since i dont eat meat.

This is the soup.
From the looks of it, the color is pretty good.
It looks assuring because the color is looking brownish.

This is my mie ayam, my lunch.
And its disappointing because the noodle is too soggy and a bit bigger than what i usually preferred.
The soup is very runny while i like the really thick soup for mie ayam.
And the soup is very tasteless.
Even if i put so many sauce and chili in there, its still taste like nothing.
So i dont know whats wrong with it.
And, why is it so popular when it doesnt even taste that good.
Or maybe because i really want to eat the good mie ayam that my brother bought before and i cant, so i already have high expectations about the taste of mie ayam that gonna be my lunch today.
I gave my chicken piece and vegetables for my brother.

The price of the mie ayam with egg is 10.000 idr.

I wish that next time i can eat the mie ayam that i really want to eat today.
