Cooking "ADOBO" in My Own Way😊😊😙

Another dish that I want to served here was also a very famous or popular dish here in the Philippines and maybe in other country too.We called it "Adobo". And I know most of us here know how to cooked it. Yes, know how it cooked but each and everyone of us also has a different way on how it is cooked. So now I will show you how the way I cooked it. Lets all begin. Because I cant wait to taste this yummy Adobo.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg.Chicken Meat(Assorted part)
- 2 tbsp.oil (not included in the photo)
- 1 pc. onions
- a pinch of black pepper
- 3 gloves garlic
- a pinch of salt and seasoning to taste(not included in the photo)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce(not in the photo)
- 1/2 cup vinegar(not in the photo)
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
PROCEDURE:
1.Prepare a pan with oil in a low heat.
2.Saute garlic and onions.
3.Put the chicken. Cover the pan and let it simmer until it cooked.
4.Once the chicken already cooked mixed it and pour soy sauce and vinegar.
5.Mixed well. Cover again for another 30 seconds to simmer.
6.Add the remaining ingredients (black pepper,salt,seasoning and sugar)
7.Mixed it again to combined well. And let it be for 10 seconds.
8.SERVED
Thats it everyone. So easy and simple. The taste is so good. And I think Adobo was the all time favorite of Filipinos. Anyway you can cooked adobo whatever you want to be. You can do it with a twist its up to you. And before my cooking thing ends let me remind you that in every step of your session of cooking always remember this:
