Los ingredientes que utilice para hacer los frijoles :
1/2 kilo de frijoles bayos
2 chuletas grandes de carne de cerdo
1 plátano
Ajíes
Cubito Maggie
Cebolla
Ajo
Onoto para dar color
Aceite
Sal
Para la preparación, lo primero que hice fue escoger los frijoles, limpiar los residuos de sucio que traen, luego los lave muy bien, en una olla mediana puse a hervir agua, luego agregue los frijoles para que se fueran ablandando.

Garlic

Mientras se ablandaba los frijoles, en un salten puse a cocinar las dos chuletas de cochino sazonada con sal a gusto y un poquito de agua para que quede sudadas con su propio aceite.

Luego una vez que los frijoles estén blandos, picar los aderezos en trozos pequeños y en una cacerola pequeña, con onoto y aceite, los pongo a sofreír, para agregar color y condimento para que queden riquísimos.

Ya una vez sofrito los aliños se lo agregue a los frijoles y luego le eche unos trocitos de cochino frito, también le agregué tajadas fritas adentro y ya una vez, ya especitos como les decimos aquí, están listo para servir y degustar de ellos.

Para que el plato quedé riquísimo, se le puede agregar a los frijoles un poco de queso blanco llanero rayado.
