Otro día otra receta! y esta vez es una de esas muy sencillas y que le dan un ligero toque a eso que consumimos diariamente. A mi en lo particular me encantan las panquecas casi tanto como me gustan las arepas... lo siento las arepas son las reinas de mi corazón 💙. Así que hoy les comparto un clásico con un toque cítrico.
Another day another recipe! and this time it's one of those very simple and that give a slight touch to what we consume daily. I love pancakes almost as much as I love arepas... I'm sorry, arepas are the queens of my heart 💙. So today I share with you a classic with a citrus touch.
Los ingredientes que necesitaremos para esta receta son los siguientes: 1 taza de harina de avena, 1/2 cucharadita de ralladura de limón, 1 huevo, 1 banana y si gustan también pueden agregar 1/4 de taza de jugo de limón.
The ingredients we will need for this recipe are the following: 1 cup of oat flour, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon zest, 1 egg, 1 banana and if you like you can also add 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
Solo es cuestión de mezclar la banana y el huevo
It is just a matter of mixing the banana and egg.
Y luego agregar y mezclar todos los ingredientes secos.
And then add and mix all the dry ingredients.
Ahora doramos en el sarten por ambos lados. Y listo! a disfrutar
