Hay días en los que afortunadamente tengo mucho mas tiempo para dedicarme a la cocina y digo afortunadamente porque para mi el cocinar es todo un placer me relaja y es una forma de meditar para mi , así que lo disfruto mucho , y una de mis recetas favoritas recientemente es pollo empanizado al horno , que es fácil, rápido saludable y con mucho sabor.

There are days when fortunately I have much more time to dedicate to cooking and I say fortunately because for me cooking is a pleasure, it relaxes me and is a form of meditation for me, so I enjoy it a lot, and one of my favorite recipes recently is baked breaded chicken, which is easy, quick, healthy and with a lot of flavor.

Los ingredientes que utilice para esta receta son : 1 huevo, pechuga de pollo, una naranja (necesitaremos el juego y la ralladura) harina de maíz, especias al gusto en mi caso ajo en polvo, cebolla en polvo y sal marina.

The ingredients I used for this recipe are: 1 egg, chicken breast, an orange (we will need the juice and zest) corn flour, spices to taste in my case garlic powder, onion powder and sea salt.

Ahora lo principal es dejar em pollo reposando en el jugo de naranja por unos minutos , en otro lado mezclamos todas especias sumando a la ralladura de naranja , mas o menos media cucharadita.

Now the main thing is to let the chicken rest in the orange juice for a few minutes, on the other side we mix all the spices adding to the orange zest, about half a teaspoon.

Luego pasamos el pollo por la harina, luego por el huevo y nuevamente por la mezcla de harina , por ultimo llevamos al horno por unos 10 minutos por 180 grados.

Then we dip the chicken in the flour, then in the egg and again in the flour mixture, and finally we bake it in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
