[ENG-ESP] Simple and delicious dinner/Sencilla y deliciosa cena

Happy Hivers friends Saturday night and it is time for dinner, so I decided to do something simple and which I am not very used to eating and less at this time but I wanted to vary and share it here with all of you. To do it I needed the following:

Ingredients

2 very ripe bananas.
Mozzarella cheese 1 slice.
Butter to taste

First I cut the bananas in half and put them to boil in boiling water for 20 minutes or until I observe that the peel peels off on its own.

Once they are boiled, I remove them from the heat and place them on a plate to open, spread the butter and place the mozzarella (I like this type of cheese since it melts with the heat inside the banana) and ready finished dinner now to enjoy it. Good appetite 😋😋.

Amigos Hivers feliz Sábado por la noche y es hora de cenar, así que decidí hacer algo sencillo y lo cuál no estoy muy acostumbrado a comer y menos a esta hora pero quise variar y compartirlo aquí con todos ustedes. Para realizarlo necesité de lo siguiente:

Ingredientes

2 Plátanos bien maduros.
Queso Mozzarella 1 lonja.
Mantequilla al gusto.

Primero corto los plátanos a la mitad y los pongo a sancochar en agua hirviendo por 20 minutos o hasta observar que la cáscara se despega sola.

Una vez ya sancochados los retiro del fuego y los colocó en un plato para abrirlo, untarle la mantequilla y colocarle el mozzarella (me gusta este tipo de queso ya que se derrite con el calorcito dentro del plátano) y listo cena terminada ahora a disfrutarla. Buen apetito 😋😋.
