Hello friends, hot dogs are one of the best options when it comes to cooking something quick, delicious and that the whole family likes, I as I am always innovating in the kitchen I have combined a very peculiar salad with the hot dogs I made, this salad contains grated carrots tomatoes and fresh herbs, the touch of the salad is that it has to have a lot of herbs especially that highlights the flavour of the parsley, I knew this salad several years ago and its dressing was with vinegar, but today we change the vinegar for mayonnaise so that our filling is creamy

Hola amigos, los perros calientes son una de las mejores opciones a la hora de cocinar algo rápido , delicioso y que les guste a toda la familia, yo como siempre ando innovando en la cocina he combinado una ensalada muy peculiar con los perros calientes que hice, esta ensalada contiene tomates zanahorias ralladas y hierbas frescas, el toque de la ensalada es que tiene que tener mucha hierbas sobre todo que resalte el sabor del perejil, esta ensalada la conocí hace varios años y su aderezo era con vinagre, pero hoy cambiamos el vinagre por mayonesa para que nuestro relleno quede bien cremoso

We start by preparing all the ingredients, first we cook the sausages to your liking, you can grill them or boil them as I did, then we wash the vegetables very well and chop the tomatoes into small squares, grate the carrot and finely chop the herbs

Comenzamos por preparar todos los ingredientes, primero cocinamos las salchichas a tu gusto, puedes asarlas o hervirlas como yo lo hice, luego lavamos muy bien los vegetales y picamos los tomates en cuadritos pequeños , rallamos la zanahoria y las hierbas las cortamos muy finamente

We put all the vegetables together to form a salad, then add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste

Unimos todos los vegetales formando una ensalada, luego le colocamos mayonesa, sal y pimienta al gusto
