1 Medium cabbage
1 Carrot
1 Paprika or Red Moron
1 Paprika or green moron
1 medium onion
1 spring onion
Chicken broth
Parsley and garlic
Edible salt

1 Pimentón o morón verde
1 cebolla mediana

Procedimiento / Process
Se sofrie la cebolla en un poco de aceite, luego se va agregando los pimentones, el cebollin y la zanahoria.
Se deja a fuego lento revolviendo constantemente hasta que la cebolla este cristalina, luego se agrega el repollo y el caldo de pollo y sal al gusto.
Se sigue revolviendo y se deja hasta que termine el proceso de cocción, luego unos minutos antes de retirarlo del fuego se agrega la salsa de soya al gusto.
It starts by cutting the ingredients, onion, peppers, carrots and cabbage into strips.Fry the onion in a little oil, then add the peppers, the chives and the carrot.
Leave it to simmer, stirring constantly until the onion is crystalline, then add the cabbage and chicken broth and salt to taste.
Keep stirring and leave it until the cooking process is over, then a few minutes before removing it from the heat add the soy sauce to taste.
After removing it from the heat it can be served to accompany chicken and with a side dish of white rice.
