Good Morning! Here's a look at a delicious sandwich creation that I made for breakfast a little while back. It would've been a great entry to @jaybird's Sandwich Contest (if that was still a thing). A bacon, egg and cheese sandwich topped with avocado and crispy onions, served on toast. It was definitely just as good as it looks.

I layered bacon and cheese on both pieces of toast, topped it off the two fried eggs over-medium, a few slices of fresh avocado and some crispy onion frizzles. It was a divine way to start the day.
