Bobette's is a lunch spot that busts out top-notch soup specials and sandwiches every day. They are famous for their award winning Mussel Chowder. I decided to pick up some chili for lunch. I bought a quart so that I would have some leftovers for the week. In the morning I decided to make a breakfast dish with some of the leftover chili.
Above is a picture of my breakfast creation. I heated up the chili from Bobette's Takeout and topped it off with two eggs, cooked sunny-side up. I sprinkled on some freshly cracked black pepper and added a few slices of toast to accompany the dish. I used the toast as a scooping vehicle for the eggs and chili. It was a delicious way to start the day.
