[ESP/ING] Almuerzo 1ero de enero 2022 / Lunch January 1, 2022
Hello dear friends of Hive a pleasure to greet you and wish you again a happy new year 2022 in this opportunity I want to share part of the menu we enjoyed on January 1st because for many it is customary to use the remainder of the New Year's Eve dinner for lunch the next day and the days that reach hehehehehehehe.
En nuestro caso gracias a Dios tuvimos una cena deliciosa y en abundancia, esa noche pudimos compartir junto a mi esposa @johanna3r, mis 3 hijos (@urielb11, #zeus y #michael) también compartimos con mi hermano, mi cuñada y hermosa sobrina, por otro lado tengo que mencionar que mis padres no pudieron estar presentes en la mesa debido a que aún están en aislamiento por el covid-19 pero gracias a Dios ya están muchísimo mejor. Nuestra cena estaba compuesta del plato navideño tradicional en Venezuela hallaca, ensalada, pan de jamón, pollo horneado y además también degustamos un trozo de pastillo hecho por mi cuñada y realmente todo estuvo delicioso.
In our case thanks to God we had a delicious and abundant dinner, that night we could share with my wife @johanna3r, my 3 children (@urielb11, #zeus and #michael) we also shared with my brother, my sister-in-law and beautiful niece, on the other hand I have to mention that my parents could not be present at the table because they are still in isolation by the covid-19 but thank God they are already much better. Our dinner was composed of the traditional Venezuelan Christmas dish hallaca, salad, ham bread, baked chicken and we also tasted a piece of pastillo made by my sister-in-law and really everything was delicious.
Como pueden ver de esta maravillosa cena quedo de todo un poco (Pollo, ensalada, hallacas y pan) como les mencione al inicio para muchos es costumbre preparar la comida del día siguiente con los restante de la cena de año nuevo, en nuestro caso no fue la excepción básicamente nos levantamos para la hora de almuerzo porque como lo menciono mi esposa @johanna3r en su post (¿Qué tal va tu primero de enero?) donde describe la noche que pasamos gracias al desborde de alegría de nuestro vecino jejejeje, bueno a lo que vinimos preparamos una rica comida usando parte del pollo y ensalada restante de la cena para complementar preparamos arroz blanco u plátano frito y realmente todo quedo delicioso, aquí les comparto en fotografías parte de la preparación.
As you can see from this wonderful dinner there was a little bit of everything (chicken, salad, hallacas and bread) as I mentioned at the beginning for many it is customary to prepare the next day's meal with the rest of the new year's dinner, in our case it was no exception basically we got up for lunch because as my wife @johanna3r mentioned in her post (How is your first of January? ) where she describes the night we spent thanks to the overflow of joy of our neighbor hehehehehehe, well what we came to prepare a delicious meal using part of the remaining chicken and salad for dinner to complement prepare white rice and fried plantain and really everything was delicious, here I share in pictures part of the preparation.
Almuerzo del 1 ero de enero de 2022
Ingredientes:
Arroz blanco
Papas cortadas en cubos hervidas
Zanahorias cortadas en cubos hervidas
Pollo horneado restante de la noche anterior
Plátano
Lunch on January 1, 2022 Ingredients: White rice Boiled diced potatoes Boiled diced carrots Leftover baked chicken from the night before Plantain
La preparación fue en realidad muy sencilla agregamos 3 tazas de arroz en una hoya con 6 tazas de agua sal al gusto, en recipiente grande colocamos la papa y la zanahoria agregamos sal y mayonesa, el pollo básicamente estaba listo así que primero agregamos un poco más de pollo en un sartén grande sazonamos al gusto añadimos algunos vegetales como calabacín, cebollín, ajo porro unas cuantas aceitunas y listo esperamos a que ya casi estuviera listo y integramos el pollo de la cena dejamos a fuego bajo por algunos minutos y al estar listo reservamos a la espera del arroz para servir, por últimos freímos unas tajadas de plátano.
The preparation was actually very simple we added 3 cups of rice in a pot with 6 cups of water salt to taste, in a large bowl we put the potato and carrot add salt and mayonnaise, the chicken was basically ready so first we added a little more chicken in a large skillet season to taste add some vegetables such as zucchini, onion, garlic, a few olives and ready we waited until it was almost ready and we integrated the chicken dinner, We waited until it was almost ready and then we added the chicken for dinner, we left it over low heat for a few minutes and when it was ready we reserved it while waiting for the rice to serve, finally we fried some slices of plantain.
Una vez estuvo el arroz servimos el almuerzo y aquí está la foto de la evidencia jejeje muy rico de verdad.
