Saying goodbye to my favourite coffee shop,

(Edited)

Friday day is #marketfriday hosted by our kind and lovely @dswigle. It’s about time I let myself go crazy at my favourite coffee shop. For the past few months I had been very disciplined and stayed away from unhealthy food and snack. The last two weeks have been very stressful and demanding. So I decided to indulge myself at the Camelot Coffee Shop inside the Amarin Plaza in Bangkok.

This would be like a semi farewell to this favourite hangout for me as I didn’t know how often I could visit this place again, considering what has been taking place in Bangkok. There seems to be more new clusters of coronavirus infection which have started a stampede for registration of vaxx. I have just been informed that many companies encourage employees to get vaxxed. The working class people had the worse deal: they were told to the vaxx or else they would have to look for new jobs. Most of the working people I encountered this week all wanted to be left alone without being forced to be vaxxed. I told some guys who were accepted as the natural leaders to stand up and put forwards the legal argument. But I was very disappointed by most people’ s passive response and their helpless feeling. I even told him that he had to fight for his own basic human rights; then I could back him up if the fight became unjust or blatantly ‘violent’. I could then report this to the police, local political party and some newspaper reporters. These people did not know their own strength; these ‘little’ people could protest and be on the front page of newspaper, thus setting an example for all repressed ordinary people. This is a terrible failure of our education system which produces people with the fear to think for themselves.

I could not take the responsibility of their lives if they refused to be responsible for their own selves and families. I could see how the future is going to get quite bleak in about six months’ time. So, I have to gather my resolve and act responsibly for my own well being. This means I have to let go of everything and all the comfort zones of city lifestyle. Some old emotional debts and old favours have to be settled. The issue of fund raising and selling stuff so I would have sufficient dry powder to make big decisions. I have to really let go of people whom I could no longer save though I have made my best effort out of compassion. Some people just kept on draining one’s energy and testing my limited patience; I have to make a painful resolution for my own survival. So, this is the process of saying goodbye and letting go. That’s why I visited my favourite coffee shop to enjoy myself and capture some good memories for reminisce years later.

Camelot is a bit bohemian in design and outlook with some sort of old hippy atmosphere. It’s on the third floor of Amarin Plaza shopping mall situated right in the middle of luxurious shopping street in Bangkok. The owner is a high society lady with good connection with some influential politicians. She has this strange hobby of wanting to have coffee shops and restaurants. So, she has invested in three coffee shops! These coffee shops do not make her rich; she’s just having fun managing these places.

I think her disposition leans towards artistic inclination rather than rational business acumen. She just loves to decorate her shop with old antiques and furniture. Luckily, she did manage to recruit very nice and honest staff for looking after her coffee shops. The young staff are very good at cooking and bakery. I always enjoy all the different cakes and coffee there.

Camelot had been a bit spooky a few months ago. I could faintly see a thin man in all black coat standing by the pot plants. So, I asked my friend whether she could feel someone staring at us. She shivered and pointed towards the pot plants. So, I realised my old friend was also psychic. I had a brief chat with that guy and soon he went away. It was rather sad to encounter wandering spirits who needed help and understanding amidst concrete jungle. People are not very perceptive with so much jagged disruptions to natural flow of energy. The intangible environment just puts people on edge and dulls their sense perceptions.

This last visit, I had a very peaceful time with my hot chocolate, cappuccino and flourless chocolate cake. This coffee shop has an ongoing promotion for lunch at big reduction, an offer of two cups of coffee for the price of one and two pieces of cake for the price of one! I asked to swap one coffee for hot chocolate and the lady kindly agreed to my request.

The flourless chocolate cake was just so rich; I could taste lots of eggs, butter and Belgium chocolate. But this coffee shop made the best hot chocolate! The one at Starbucks was always too artificially sweetened for me. The cappuccino is always at the right temperature and the taste is heavenly smooth. I could have three coffees in a row but then my brain would be running nonstop.

Sitting there quietly alone, I had the time to look around and absorb the changing atmosphere through time. Things are truly dynamic and ever changing! I wish I had the power to stop time sometimes. The best I could do was to try to expand time duration via meditation. Even that took a lot of concentrated energy! So, that’s only for emergency cases. Oh! Buddhist meditation techniques are full of wondrous things if you have the right teachers.

Earlier I had walked around the shopping mall observing the changes to the placement of tables and chairs in all the eateries in the food court. The new normal of social distancing and dehumanising of social cohesion had settled in for a long haul. The Thai elites have been working against time to prepare for the stage of the coming Grand Reset. We were also very privileged to have Fauci-clone top official giving out convincing instructions for children over twelve years old and pregnant women to be vaxxed.

I dropped by a small Tibetan art shop to chat with the vendor who recently came back to work there. We used to chat very often in the old days. With her deep set black eyes, I knew that she’s quite psychic that’s why we got along very well. We had a brief chat about what would be happening around the end of the year and how we should be preparing for worse case scenario. There were no shoppers or tourists inside the mall; most shopkeepers who knew me told me things weren’t getting any better. A few people I knew would be going in two months’ time. So, this has been a goodbye walk for me. I would dearly miss the warm and village-like atmosphere of this shopping mall of past years. How my lovely and comfortable micro-worlds have been melting away one by one. At least I had chatted with these old vendors about the risk and danger of being vaxxed and the long term effects. I had done all I could as a compassionate human being in helping fellow human-beings according to my limited capabilities. Luckily they all shared my misgivings and doubts so everyone would be more prudent about their well being and good health.

This makes me sad for you and your country and for all the vendors that will shut down (again) and hope they will not have to shut down permanently.

I am glad you got to say farewell to your favorite coffee shop. I cannot imagine a business venture that doesn't care about making money. That is just a fun venture then.

Vaxxing is such a heated debate here, many are vaccinated because of the job and many are not. The mask issue is another debate. God help us all @kaminchan - it is a scary feeling. I wish you and your country well. You will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. The authority here just disclosed official figures of 300 deaths this month as a result of the vaxx, these cases were approved for compensation money for funerals and their families. The real number is at least double that as poor and illiterate people dare not raise their voices. From my own research, I have realised that there’s a bigger agenda; the Great Reset touted by the World Economic Forum; the Gates Foundation is the arrow creating structural support for the new world order or Brave New World.

Divide and rule is the name of the game; that’s why people here are divided by several narratives and dogmas. Most people don’t know that they are just dispensable pawns in the bigger game plan. They should stop fighting each other and really take a good look at who or what is making money or gains out of this division. That’s why I feel sad and pitiful for those ‘blinded’ pawns, for they don’t know they won’t be kept alive for long. The vaxx will keep them silent; the dead tells no tale.

There is not much time left before the financial collapse and two more major false flags which will make people become even more frightened for their life and become totally submissive! I am hesitating whether I ought to contact old friends who used to be official information gatherer here; there’s too many double face patriots in high positions these days. It’s no fun becoming a sitting duck! But it’s urgent to let some sincere officials know something is afoot, that perhaps they were chasing things up the wrong tree by design. Or I could leave them according to their own karma. It’s quite uncomfortable being on middle ground. Little things don’t bother me nowadays; the looming bigger tsunami or avalanche really concerns me as so many people will suffer with endless sorrow. May be it’s payback time. I will have to meditate on this and ask for guidance.

Take care and look at bigger picture.

I am so sorry to hear of the terrible dilemma happening in Bangkok, it is so unfair. The coffee shop looked amazing and simply loved the cakes. No wonder you visited her to drink coffee and eat the delicious food.
