Today I have returned to Mexican cuisine. On the table appeared Quesadilla Con Pollo with chicken marinated in lime and burrito el Pastor with pork marinated in pineapple and peppers, plus Mexican drinks from Jarritos. I drank a mango drink and my boyfriend chose the lime flavor.

Dzisiaj nastąpił u mnie powrót do kuchni meksykańskiej. Na stole pojawiła się Quesadilla Con Pollo z kurczakiem marynowanym w limonce i burrito el Pastor z wieprzowiną marynowaną w ananasie i paprykach, do tego meksykańskie napoje Jarritos. Ja piłam napój z mango, a mój chłopak wybrał smak limonkowy.

As the restaurants are now open, we went to the Mexican restaurant Buenos Nachos. We ate outside in the restaurant's backyard and it was the first time we went to a restaurant after months of the pandemic, it was a wonderful feeling to be able to do it again.

Ponieważ restauracje są już normalnie otwarte wybraliśmy się do meksykańskiej knajpki Buenos Nachos. Jedliśmy na zewnątrz, w restauracyjnym ogródku i to było pierwsze takie wyjście do restauracji po wielu miesiącach pandemii, cudowne uczucie móc to znowu robić.

This is how the tables outside the restaurant look like. We had beautiful weather, flowers were blooming right at our table, so it was very pleasant to eat in such a place. And most importantly, there were other people next to us, we could hear the noise of conversations, laughter of children ... and little disturbing sneezes ... but probably for some time sneezing and coughing nearby may cause disturbing sensations.

Tak wyglądają stoliki na zewnątrz knajpki. Trafiła nam się przepiękna pogoda, tuż przy naszym stoliku kwitnęły kwiaty, więc w takim miejscu jadło się bardzo przyjemnie. No i najważniejsze, obok nas byli inni ludzie, słychać było gwar rozmów, śmiechy dzieci... i trochę niepokojące kichnięcia... ale chyba jeszcze przez jakiś czas kichanie i kaszel w pobliżu może wywoływać niepokojące odczucia.

The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, you can see some Mexican accents all the time. There are many colors there, even the stairs leading to the first floor were painted in different colors, and the tables were decorated with colorful tablecloths, I saw a lot of cacti, sombrero hats, and other items referring to Mexico and Latin culture.

Sama restauracja jest pięknie przystrojona, co chwila widać jakieś meksykańskie akcenty. Dużo tam kolorów, nawet schody prowadzące na pierwsze piętro zostały pomalowane różnokolorowo, do tego stoły zostały przystrojone kolorowymi obrusami, widziałam tam sporo kaktusów, kapeluszy sombrero i innych przedmiotów nawiązujących do Meksyku i kultury latynoskiej.

You can see that a lot of heart has been put into the arrangement of this place. I was there for the first time and I liked this optimistic, colorful place a lot.

Widać, że w aranżację tego miejsca włożono dużo serca. Byłam tam pierwszy raz i bardzo sposobał mi się ten optymistyczny, kolorowy lokal.

Even the lamp looked interesting. I think the owners of the restaurant have an artistic soul, or they hired a cool interior designer.

Nawet lampa wyglądała ciekawie. Chyba właściciele lokalu mają artystyczną duszę, albo zatrudnili fajnego projektanta wnętrz.

Our food was very tasty. My boyfriend chose the burrito and I chose the quesadilla. The sauces and mini salads were a very nice addition to the dishes. The boy got tomatoes with onions, and I got my beloved mangoes. For this, I got a mild yoghurt sauce with coriander and pomegranate, and on the table, there were two very spicy sauces - red (I think Roha salsa, with chili peppers) and green - Salsa verde. Red ate only my boyfriend and he said that he felt his spiciness strongly. I used to add salsa verde to my food and it perfectly complemented the taste of the dish

Nasze jedzonko było bardzo smaczne. Mój chłopak wybrał burrito, a ja quesadillę. Bardzo fajnym dodatkiem do dań były sosy i mini sałatki. Chłopak dostał pomidory z cebulką, a ja moje ukochane mango :) Ale extra, że tak się trafiło, bo wybierając dania nie wiedzieliśmy o tych dodatkach. Do tego otrzymałam łagodny sos jogurtowy z kolendrą i owocami granatu, a na stole stały dwa bardzo ostre sosy - czerwony (chyba salsa Roha, z papryczkami chili) i zielony - Salsa verde. Czerwony jadł tylko chłopak i mówił, że mocno odczuł jego pikantność. Ja dodawałam sobie do jedzenia salsy verde i świetnie uzupełniała smak potrawy.
