Raspberry cloud cake and other sweet delicacies / Słodkie imieninowe pyszności, w tym ciasto malinowa chmurka

At the weekend, I was at a name-day party where I could try a lot of delicious cakes and fruit. Some of them were bought in a confectionery, and some were made by a friend using a Thermomix. I have never used this device, but apparently it is very useful in making various dishes, including cakes and other sweets.

W weekend byłam na przyjęciu imieninowym, na którym mogłam spróbować dużo pysznych ciast, tortów i owoców. Część była kupiona w cukierni, a część zrobiona przez znajomą z użyciem Thermomixa. Sama nigdy nie korzystałam z tego urządzenia, ale podobno bardzo się przydaje w robieniu różnych potraw, w tym ciast i innych słodkości.

I liked the strawberry cake the most, which consists of a sponge cake and strawberry mousse. I ate a few pieces of this cake. Its taste was so great that after eating a piece of cake I wanted another 😉

Najbardziej smakował mi truskawkowy torcik, który składa się z biszkopta oraz musu truskawkowego. Zjadłam kilka kawałków tego tortu. Jego smak był tak rewelacyjny, że po zjedzeniu kawałka tortu miałam ochotę na następny 😉

The raspberry cloud cake was in second place. It consists of several layers. At the top it is covered with meringue with almonds, then vanilla cream, jelly with raspberries and at the very bottom shortcrust. I like cakes that contain creams and fruit.

Na drugim miejscu było ciasto malinowa chmurka. Składa się ono z kilku warstw. Na górze pokrywa je beza z migdałami, następnie waniliowy krem, galaretka z malinami i na samym dole kruche ciasto. Lubię ciasta, które zawierają kremy i owoce.

Another nice sweet treat prepared by my friend were desserts in glass containers. These were, among others panna cotta with raspberries or strawberries and a layer of white chocolate. These were dishes made using Thermomix.

Kolejnym fajnym słodkim poczęstunkiem przygotowanym przez moją znajomą były desery znajdujące się w szklanych pojemniczkach. Były to m.in. panna cotta z malinami, czy truskawki i warstwa z białej czekolady. To były dania z Thermomixa.

There were also delicious fruits on the table - cherries, strawberries, grapes or pieces of watermelon.

Na stole nie zabrakło też pysznych owoców - czereśni, truskawek, winogron, czy kawałków arbuza.

I really liked a drink made of Sprite, Schweppes mojito, mint leaves and ice cubes. It was a great thirst-quencher and had an interesting taste.

Do picia bardzo mi zasmakował drink zrobiony ze Sprite'a, Schweppes'a mojito, liści mięty i kostek lodu. Świetnie gasił pragnienie i miał interesujący smak.
