Today I began to invent in my kitchen and make some delicious snacks with eggplant, it is the first time that I do it; This vegetable is very tasty to accompany any meal. I told myself what it would be like to make them like a potato; The truth is that the result is very good and can be accompanied with any protein. I show you how to prepare them
Ingredients
2 small eggplants
wheat flour
Pepper
oregano leaves
Salt
oil
red willow

To start these snacks, make slices of the aubergine
Step 2
Then take a pot with enough water and add salt to remove the bitterness of the eggplant; I leave it for approximately 10 minutes resting.
Step 3
Now if I started to season; placing only a little salt; since they had adsorbed when it stood in the water. Add pepper to taste

Then place the oregano leaves
Step 5
Now place in the same pot, the wheat flour on top of the slices to coat and make them more crispy
Step 6
He already had the oil heating up and started frying until golden brown on both sides.

Bienvenidos a mi Blog
Hoy me puse a inventar en mi cocina y realice unos ricos snack con berenjena, es primera vez que lo realizo; este vegetal es muy rico para acompañar cualquier comida, me dije como sería realizarlos tipo papita; la verdad es muy bueno el resultado y se puede acompañar con cualquier proteína. Te muestro como las prepare
Ingredientes
2 Berenjenas pequeñas
Harina de trigo
Pimienta
Orégano en hojas
Sal
Aceite
Salsa roja
Preparación
Paso 1
Para empezar estos snack, realice cortes en rodajas de la berenjena
Paso 2
Luego lleve a una olla con suficiente agua y coloque sal para quitar lo amargo de la berenjena; lo dejo por aproximadamente 10 minutos reposando.
Paso 3
Ahora si comencé a sazonar; colocando solo un poco de sal; ya que habían adsorbido cuando se reposo en el agua. Coloque además pimienta al gusto
Paso 4
Posteriormente coloque las hojas de orégano
Paso 5
Ahora coloque en la misma olla, la harina de trigo encima de las rodajas para rebozar y queden más crujientes
Paso 6
Ya tenía el aceite calentándose y empecé a freír hasta que doraran por ambos lados
Paso 7
Ya aquí listas los snack de berenjena que me encantaron y acompañe con salsa roja.
