Hoy les traigo una receta sensacional de un rico ponche crema casero hecho con crema pastelera.

Today I bring you a sensational recipe for a rich homemade cream punch made with pastry cream.

El ponche crema es una bebida típica Venezola que se disfruta mucho para compartir es los tiempo de navidad, aunque la puedes tomar cuando quieras.

Cream punch is a typical Venezuelan drink that is enjoyed a lot to share at Christmas time, although you can have it whenever you want.

INGREDIENTES

  • 1/5 Litro de Leche
  • 3 Huevos
  • 3 Cucharadas de Azucar
  • 3 Cucharadas de Maizena
  • 2 Cucharadas de vainilla
  • 1 lata de leche condensada ( puedes hacerlo tu mismo)
  • Licor

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/5 Liter of Milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 spoonfuls of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla
  • 1 can of condensed milk (you can do it yourself)
  • Liquor

PREPARACIÓN

Colocamos en envases diferentes las tres yemas, las tres cucharadas de azucar, las tres cucharadas de maizena y las 2 cucharadas de vainilla.

We place the three yolks, the three tablespoons of sugar, the three tablespoons of cornstarch and the 2 tablespoons of vanilla in different containers.

Preparamos el medio litro de leche, y vamos agregando cada uno de los ingrediente de los respectivos envases hasta que se hayan incorporado de manera homogénea.

We prepare the half liter of milk, and we add each of the ingredients of the respective containers until they have been incorporated in a homogeneous way.

Después que tenemos lista la mezcla, la colocamos en una olla a fuego medio, removemos hasta espesar, lo vertimos en un recipiente dejamos reposar a temperatura ambiente y llecamos al refrigerador por dos horas.

After we have the mixture ready, we place it in a pot over medium heat, stir until thick, pour it into a container, let it rest at room temperature and put it in the refrigerator for two hours.

Tenemos lista la crema pastelera que será la base de nuestro ponche crema.

We have ready the pastry cream that will be the base of our cream punch.

Pasada las dos horas, sacamos del refrigerador, llevamos la licuadora vertimos añadimos la leche condensada y el licor al gusto, batimos hasta que este todo compacto.

Se vierten en la botella y llevamos a la nevera por dos horas más y paso este tiempo esta listo para servir.
