How are you friends? I know everything are ok for you with manage your time in this difficult time. As usual I started to make one dish early morning time for our breakfast because I haven't time for prepare dish noon or evening time due to my professional working weekdays and Saturday. So I'm improving this ability since very recently. Small fish are more nutritious than big fish. Calcium is especially abundant in small fish. But most people do not like to eat small fish. They taste better than the disadvantages of eating big fish.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams of Goldstripe sardinella fish

  • Two teaspoons of chili powder
  • Three tablespoons of black pepper powder
  • Required quantity of salt
  • 3/4 cup of wheat flour

Preparing Method

  • First, wash the Goldstripe sardinella fish thoroughly in clean water and place in a pan. Then add a little water to the pan and place on the stove. Add a pinch of salt and cook until the water dries.

  • Now add chili powder, salt and black pepper powder to a small dish and stir well. Then add wheat flour and stir well. Now add a cup of water to it, stir and make the mixture into a thick liquid.

  • Then place the pan on the stove, add the oil and allow to heat.

  • Now fry the small fish in oil until golden. It can be eaten after the heat has subsided. But when the heat is completely gone, the food does not feel fresh. Therefore, I recommend eating as soon as it is removed from the stove.

Yum. I love this. I used to eat small fish when I was living in my village in Viet nam. My dad often went fishing and we got many of these. Deep fried is always the best as I can eat everything and don't have to worry about the bones
