How to make dried sprats tempered with turkey berries that are very tasty and nutritious..

What's up my friends? I think everything are OK for you staying home or work place. Since last Monday I started to do work of professional place. So I haven't more free time for develop my cooking skills. But I can prepare meals for night time because I came to house before night. So yesterday night I prepared one dish for dinner. All instructions provided by my loving wife. Many Asians already what's the Turkey berry. Turkey berry growing perfectly in rural areas. Lot of villagers prepared various types of meals using turkey berries. Today I introduced you how to prepare dried sprats tempered with turkey berries since home.
Ingedients
- 250 grams of turkey berries
- One hundred grams of dried sprats
- 3 tablespoons of chili pieces
- Just enough salt
- Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Five tablespoons of oil
- One cup of water
- Two large onions finely chopped
- Rampe leaves
- Curry leaves
Preparing steps
- Take a saucepan and put some oil in it and keep the stove until it heats up a bit.
- Once the oil is heated, add the dried sprats and fry.
- Now add the crushed turkey berries to that sprat fried.
- Then add chopped onion, rampe leaves and curry leaves and mix well.
- Stir the mixture a little and add the chilli pieces, turmeric powder and salt as required.
- Then add a cup of water and mix well.
- The mixture in the saucepan should boil on the stove until the water dries.
- Leave the mixture on the stove for a while until well combined.
- This delicious and nutritious sauce can then be removed from the oven and eaten after the heat has subsided.
