Si nos queda carne de molida del almuerzo podemos hacer unos ricos sándwich de carne molida y ensalada al estilo caperucita. • Mantequilla/ Butter
• Cebolla/ Onion

• Aceite/ Oil
• Carne molida/ Ground beef

PROCEDIMIENTO/ PROCEDURE

Para empezar, cortaremos un pan en 3 partes y con un cuchillo cortarlo por la mitad en 2 pedazos.

To begin, cut a loaf of bread into 3 pieces and with a knife cut it in half into 2 pieces.

Cada pedazo de pan lo embarramos con mantequilla cada uno.
Metemos al horno por 10 minutos.

Para realizar la ensalada, cortaremos en cuadros el tomate, cebolla, lechuga y un poco de cilantro.

Luego agregaremos una pizca de sal y aceite.

Después de 10 minutos, sacaremos nuestros panes tostados del horno.

Prepararemos nuestro sándwich, a una tostada le agregamos la ensalada y por encima un poco de carne molida. Cerramos con una tostada encima.
Por encima le agregue mantequilla para que al horno se ponga el sandwich dorado.
