Un saludo especial para todos, hoy estoy de vuelta participando y apoyando a nuestro amigo @zord189 en su genial concurso semanal, esta semana nos invita a compartir la receta de nuestro desayuno favorito.

A special greeting to everyone, today I am back participating and supporting our friend @ zord189 in his great weekly contest, this week he invites us to share the recipe for our favorite breakfast.

Hoy quise preparar un desayuno, que para mi es especial, pues me recuerda mis tiempos de viajes, casi siempre en vacaciones, o fines de de semana salíamos de viaje y normalmente desayunábamos en el hotel, lo que mas me gustaba pedir era omelette con arepitas fritas o huevos revueltos con tocineta, pan y mermelada, y no podía faltar el platico de frutas. Como no tenia en casa tocineta pues quise hacer una tortilla tipo omelette, con su arepita frita, a la mayoría de los venezolanos nos encantan las arepas.

Today I wanted to prepare a breakfast, which for me is special, because it reminds me of my travel times, almost always on vacation, or on weekends we went on a trip and usually had breakfast at the hotel, what I liked to order the most was omelette with arepitas fried or scrambled eggs with bacon, bread and jam, and the fruit platter could not be missed. As I did not have bacon at home because I wanted to make an omelette-type omelette, with its fried arepita, most of us Venezuelans love arepas.

Como prepare la tortilla.

How to prepare the omelette.

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

• 3 huevos

• 3 eggs

• 1 cebolla mediana

• 1 medium onion

• 1 pimentón pequeño

• 1 small paprika

• sal y pimienta al gusto

• salt and pepper to taste

Preparación/Preparation:

1- Picar en cuadritos la cebolla y el pimentón, y luego llevarlo a un sartén con un poco de aceite para sofreír un poco.

Dice the onion and paprika, and then take it to a pan with a little oil to fry a little.

2- Colocar en un bol los huevos, y añadir los vegetales sofritos, la sal y pimienta y mezclar.

Place the eggs in a bowl, add the sauteed vegetables, salt and pepper and mix.

3- Llevar la mezcla a un sartén con un poco de aceite caliente y cocinar por ambos lados.

Take the mixture to a frying pan with a little hot oil and cook on both sides.

4- Por ultimo servir y disfrutar.

Cuando pedía un omelette siempre pedía que lo cocinaran bien, porque la manera de prepararlo es que quede como un poco crudo porque lo cocinan por un solo lado le colocan el relleno y luego lo cierran y listo, de esa manera no me gusta mucho, prefiero que este totalmente cocido.

When I asked for an omelette I always asked that they cook it well, because the way to prepare it is to make it look a bit raw because they cook it on one side, they put the filling on it and then close it and that's it, that way I don't like it very much, I prefer that is fully cooked.

Agregue a mi desayuno una rica ensalada de frutas de mango, lechoza y cambur. muy rica.

Add to my breakfast a delicious mango, lechoza and banana fruit salad. very rich
