Saludos queridos amigos, una nueva semana y un nuevo concurso del amigo @zord189, en esta oportunidad nos invita a compartir una receta en la que ele ingrediente principal sea el tomate, esto me vino como anillo al dedo, pues el almuerzo de hoy era pasta con salsa Boloña o como popularmente se le conoce en mi país (Venezuela) pasta con carne molida, para hacer la salsa para la carne el ingrediente principal es el tomate así, que les muestro como prepare la salsa.

Greetings dear friends, a new week and a new contest from friend @ zord189, this time he invites us to share a recipe in which the main ingredient is tomato, this suited me like a glove, because today's lunch was pasta with Bolognese sauce or as it is popularly known in my country (Venezuela) pasta with ground meat, to make the sauce for the meat the main ingredient is tomato, so I show you how to prepare the sauce.

Salsa Boloña, Receta/ Bolognese Sauce, Recipe.

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg de carne molida

  • 1/2 kg of ground beef

  • 7 tomates maduros

  • 7 ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cebolla redonda

  • 1 round onion

  • 1 ramita de albahaca

  • 1 sprig of basil

  • 2 dientes de ajo.

  • 2 cloves of garlic.

  • Sal y pimienta al gusto.

  • Salt and pepper to taste.

  • 1 cucharadita de azúcar.

  • 1 teaspoon of sugar.

  • 2 hojitas de laurel.

  • 2 bay leaves.

  • Un poco de orégano, lo uso para condimentar la carne.

  • A little oregano, I use it to season the meat.


Preparación/Preparación:

1- Hervir los tomates por aproximadamente media hora, o cuando observes que la concha ya se esta blanda.

1- Boil the tomatoes for about half an hour, or when you see that the shell is already soft.


2- Después de cocinar los tomates, agregarlos a la licuadora y licuarlos hasta y colar para retirar las semillas.

2- After cooking the tomatoes, add them to the blender and blend them until and strain to remove the seeds.

3- Rallar la cebolla en una olla, incorporamos los dos dientes de ajo triturados, y un poco de aceite, sofreímos bien.

3- Grate the onion in a pot, add the two crushed garlic cloves, and a little oil, fry well.


4- Agregar al sofrito la carne molida previamente condimentada al gusto, (yo la aderezo con sal, pimienta, orégano, mostaza), dos hojas de laurel y seguimos sofriendo, para cocinar la carne.

4- Add to the sauce the ground meat previously seasoned to taste, (I season it with salt, pepper, oregano, mustard), two bay leaves and continue to fry, to cook the meat.


5- Cuando la carne este bien cocida agregamos los previamente tomates licuados, si es necesario se le ajustan los sabores(sal o pimienta) y se le agrega una cucharadita de azúcar, dejamos cocinar aproximadamente por 2 horas, por último le clocamos las hojas de albahaca frescas.

5- When the meat is well cooked we add the previously blended tomatoes, if necessary adjust the flavors (salt or pepper) and add a teaspoon of sugar, let it cook for approximately 2 hours, finally we put the leaves of fresh basil.


6- Una vez lista nuestra salsa boloña, acompañamos con una rica pasta, preferiblemente al dente.

6- Once our bologna sauce is ready, we accompany it with a rich pasta, preferably al dente.
