My Tuesday meal

This is how I spent my day guys

I left the house in the morning as early as 6:30am today to school to attend lectures that was scheduled for 7:00am.

I arrived there 10 minutes to 7:00am and I was glad that I won't miss lectures and attendance today, I saw other students outside waiting for the lecturer to come but unfortunately she didn't come.

So we left for the next class and the class continued till 4pm without any break or free time. Mehn, I was famished and exhausted and I started having headache immediately because I ate nothing in the morning when I left.

I quickly rushed to the market to get food stuffs to prepare Afang soup and eat well. I got those items and went back home and started preparing my Afang soup.

The food items I got were;

  • Afang leaves
  • Water leaf
  • Meat
  • Cow skin
  • Perewinkles
  • Pepper
  • Maggi
  • Fish
  • Stockfish
    I had other things like Palm oil, crayfish and other things, so I quickly cooked my soup as fast as I could.

My recipes

  • I washed the meat, fish, Stockfish, cow skin and steamed it properly by adding Maggi, salt, pepper and onions.
  • I washed the water leaf and sliced them
  • I put the water leaf after slicing it inside the pot and added crayfish, Maggi, salt, pepper and palm oil and allowed it to boil for 3 minutes.
  • I turned it very well and added the Afang leaves and turned it very well and immediately I turned off my cylinder and dropped the pot down because I love the soup fresh.
  • I boiled water for Garri and scooped my soup, sat down comfortably and ate it very well to my satisfaction.

I actually forgot to snap all the processess, I was damn hungry but below are some of the pictures I asked my friend to take.

I was fulled to the brim and then I took my bath, took paracetamol and rested. I later went to charge my battery then went back home to sleep.
