Cómo preparar las mejores milanesas de pollo / How to prepare the best chicken fillets.

Hola a todos, espero que se encuentren muy bien, hoy voy a traerles una de mis recetas favoritas, por lo sencillo de hacer y lo delicioso que es, pero dando unos consejitos extra para que te queden aún más deliciosas.

Hello everyone, I hope you are very well, today I am going to bring you one of my favorite recipes, because of how easy it is to make and how delicious it is, but giving some extra tips to make it even more delicious.

Generalmente para esta plato se utiliza es pan molido, que le da un toque más crocante, pero a mí me gusta más utilizar la harina Pan o harina de maíz precocido, ya que es más compacta, lo que me da una empanizado más firme.

Generally, ground bread is used for this dish, which gives it a crunchier touch, but I like more to use Pan flour or precooked corn flour, since it is more compact, which gives me a firmer breading.

Ingredientes / Ingredients:

  • 5 Pechugas de Pollo / 5 Chicken Breasts
  • 150 ml de Aceite Vegetal / 150 ml ir Vegetable Oil
  • 100 gr de Harina de Trigo / 100 gr of Wheat Flour
  • 100 gr de Harina Pan (Harina de Maíz) / 100 gr of Corn Flour
  • 2 Huevos Grandes / 2 Big Eggs
  • 1 Cucharadita de Paprika, de Ajo en Polvo y Cebolla en Polvo / 1 Teaspoon of Paprika, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
  • 1 Cucharada de Hierbas Italianas / 1 Tablespoon of Italian Herbs
  • 1 Chorro de Salsa Inglesa / 1 Splash of Weichester Sauce
  • Sal y Pimienta, al gusto / Salt and pepper to taste

Preparación / Preparation:

1- Empezamos arreglando el pollo / We start by preparing the chicken.

Lo primero que vamos hacer es limpiar muy bien el pollo, quitándole el exceso de grasa y cartílago o tendones de la pechuga.

The first thing we are going to do is clean the chicken very well, removing excess fat and cartilage or tendons from the breast.

Ahora vamos a dejar marinando las pechugas de pollo con todos los condimentos. Déjalos por al menos dos horas, si puedes toda la noche mucho mejor.

Now we are going to marinate the chicken breasts with all the seasonings. Leave them for at least two hours, if you can all night much better.

2- Continuamos con el empanizado / We continue with the breading.

Vamos a colocar la harina de trigo en una plato por separado y salpimentamos a gusto, los huevos los batiremos en otro y por último la harina, que salpimentaremos y si queremos podemos agregar una cucharada de hierbas Italianas y ajo en polvo (aquí está el secreto de las mejores milanesas).

We are going to place the wheat flour in a separate plate and season to taste, the eggs will be beaten in another and finally the corn flour, which we will season and if we want we can add a tablespoon of Italian herbs and garlic powder (here is the secret of the best Milanese).

3- Vamos a empanizar el pollo y a freírlo / We are going to bread the chicken and fry it.

Las pechugas vamos a pasarlas por todos los platos con los ingredientes, empezando por la harina de trigo.

We are going to pass the breasts through all the dishes with the ingredients, starting with the wheat flour.

El siguiente es el huevo, y vamos a darle la vuelta varias veces al pollo por el huevo, hasta cubrir todos los lados.

Next is the egg, and we are going to turn the chicken several times through the egg, until all sides are covered.

Por último toca la harina Pan o harina de maíz, pásalo por toda la superficie para que el empanizado quedé sabroso y al freirse quedé crocante.

Finally, touch the corn flour, pass it over the entire surface so that the breading was tasty and when frying it was crispy.

En el aceite previamente precalentado, coloca con mucho cuidado las milanesas para que no salpique el aceite, y déjalas cocinar por unos 8 minutos.

In the previously preheated oil, place the milanesas very carefully so that the oil does not splash, and let them cook for about 8 minutes.

Otra manera de saber si ya están listos, es ver qué tan crocantes y doraditas están. Mire la de la foto, se ve muy deliciosa!

Another way to know if they are ready is to see how crispy and golden they are. Look at the one in the photo, it looks very delicious!

Al sacar las pechugas del aceite, pásalos por papel absorbente para quitar el exceso y ya estarán listas para que las disfrutes!

When you remove the breasts from the oil, pass them through absorbent paper to remove the excess and they will be ready for you to enjoy!
