Desayuno con Croissants Rellenos con Chocolate / Breakfast with Chocolate Filled Croissants.

Hola a todos, como se encuentran? Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes mi desayuno, unos deliciosos croissant que en la masa tenían chispitas de chocolate rellenos con más chocolate. Nada suena mejor para levantarse con bastante azúcar en la sangre, jajaja.

Hello everyone, how are you? Today I want to share with you my breakfast, a delicious croissant that in the dough had chocolate chips filled with more chocolate. Nothing sounds better for waking up with a lot of sugar in your blood, jajaja.

En las panaderías de mi ciudad no es muy común ver los croissant clásicos, ya que el Venezuela se come mucho una versión un tanto diferente que llamamos cachitos, que generalmente están rellenos de jamón y la masa es más crocante, por lo que apenas vimos estos, saltamos a comprarlos.

In the bakeries of my city it is not very common to see classic croissants, since Venezuela eats a lot a somewhat different version that we call cachitos, which are generally filled with ham and the dough is more crispy, so we hardly saw these , we jumped in to buy them.

Vienen envueltos en un plástico que los hace ver muy bien, además que cuando los sacas, de una vez logras ver los punticos donde están las chispitas de chocolate.

They come wrapped in a plastic that makes them look very good, besides that when you take them out, at once you can see the points where the chocolate chips are.

Para rellenarlos voy con algo super clásico, chocolate de avellanas (parecido a la Nutella), queso crema (que hará un contraste genial con el chocolate). Se que muchos se preguntarán que hace ahí el queso mozzarella, pero es que a mí me gusta mucho agregarlo a los Croissant con chocolate, ya se, soy muy raro, pero prueben primero y después me siguen juzgando si nos les gusta.

To fill them I go with something super classic, hazelnut chocolate (similar to Nutella), cream cheese (which will make a great contrast with the chocolate). I know many will wonder what mozzarella cheese does there, but I really like to add it to the Croissant with chocolate, I know, I am very strange, but try first and then you continue to judge me if you like it.

Lo primero es abrirlo por la mitad y tostar el croissant en una sartén caliente, no es necesario que agreguen mantequilla ya que como son de masa hojaldrada, tiene bastante mantequilla.

The first thing is to open it in half and toast the croissant in a hot pan, it is not necessary to add butter since they are made of puff pastry, it has a lot of butter.

El primero que salió fue uno muy clásico, con el chocolate y el queso crema, que fue el que pidió la mayoría.

Mi mamá es amante del coco, así que agregué un poquito de coco rallado para el de ella y le dio un toque más crocante, contrastando muy bien con la cremosidad de los otros ingredientes.

My mom is a coconut lover, so I added a little grated coconut for hers and it gave it a crispier touch, contrasting nicely with the creaminess of the other ingredients.

Para finalizar el mío fue con chocolate y queso mozzarella, pero no les voy a mostrar cómo quedó, solo déjenme decirles que quedó muy bueno y les voy a dejar a su imaginación como se vería, y más importante, que sabor tiene.
