In order not to extend myself further, we will start with the ingredients and the preparation of the cake.

Hola, buenas noches comunidad de Hive espero que estén todos bien, hoy les traigo una deliciosa receta económica y sencilla, la puede realizar con diferentes frutos de su preferencia. La realizamos de cambur porque el mismo tiene muchas propiedades excelentes para nuestra salud: contiene un alto contenido de hierro y puede estimular la producción de la hemoglobina en la sangre, tiene un efecto antiácido, reduce la irritación, ya que recubre las paredes del estómago, ayudar a restaurar la acción intestinal, es capaz de reducir el riesgo de la tensión arterial alta y de la apoplejía, entre otras…… Para no extenderme más, comenzaremos con los ingredientes y la preparación de la torta.

INGREDIENTS:

• ¾ cup with water

• 2 large eggs
• ¾ small cup of oil
• 9 tablespoons of sugar
• 13 tablespoons self-rising flour
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
