My recipe for Beef and Veal Soup

Greetings from Venezuela to all the great HIVE family!

Today I want to share with you my recipe for beef soup, this cut of beef is popularly known as a lizard, although in other countries it is known as Osobuco.

This soup brings together the flavors of meat, vegetables and spices, and can be served as a main dish, since it is highly proteinic.

Ingredients:

4 pieces of beef or lizard.
2 liters of boiled water
Salt
Seasoning cube.
Oil with Onoto
Vinegar
pumpkin
Yucca
Sweet potato
Chinese
Ocumo
Chives
Onion
Parsley
Celery
Chili pepper
Garlic
Oregano.

Preparation:

Step 1: After washing the pieces of meat, put them in a pot, add the salt, the garlic cloves cut into small pieces, add the oil with onoto and a few drops of vinegar to dress the meat. Cover the pot and fry the meat while preparing the vegetables to add them.

Step 2: The vegetables are cut into pieces, then the chives, onion, parsley, celery, chili are added; and add the two liters of water, let it boil for 30 minutes or until the meat is tender.

Step 3: After checking that the meat is tender, add the pieces of auyama, yucca, sweet potato, Chinese and ocumo. Let it boil for another 20 minutes to cook these vegetables.

Step 4: Add salt to taste and a cube of seasoning, to strengthen the flavor.

Step 5: Serve the beef soup.
