Light summer dinner - cheese burger - recipe
cheese lovers here is a quick and easy dinner, in the summer days when the temperatures are high the choice of food is hard for us mostly we like to eat something light, so I decided to prepare burgers with cheese.
I like to prepare these burgers from young cheese, young cheese is different from other dairy products.
WHY DOES YOUNG CHEESE DIFFER FROM OTHER DAIRY PRODUCTS!
The fact that distinguishes young cheese from other dairy products is its composition. Compared to other cheeses, young cheese contains fewer calories, lower levels of salt, milk fat, and even fewer carbohydrates.
That is why young cheese is recommended for people who take care of their health and appearance. In addition to being healthy and recommended in the diet, this cheese has a neutral smell and mild taste, for all those who do not like strong smells and aromas, it is also extremely grateful to be mixed with other foods.
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of yogurt
- 250 g of young cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g of flour
- baking oil
PREPARATION:
eggs and a teaspoon of salt mix well.
When well kneaded, add yogurt and stir.
When we have mixed well, add the cheese, before that mash it with a fork, mix well and add a spoonful of baking powder.
Then gradually add the flour, stirring constantly, if the cheese is dry, 100 g is enough, if the cheese is fatter, you may need a little more flour. The mass must not be too soft or too hard.
We will first heat the oil, and then reduce the temperature, we will take out small burgers with a spoon and bake them to get a golden color on both sides.
A little trick, if you think that the dough sticks to the spoon, run a spoon over hot oil and the mixture will glide nicely and will not stick.
Place a napkin on a larger plate or tray, then take out the burgers so that the napkin absorbs the excess fat.
Serve warm burgers with cheese with tomato, ajvar or yogurt to your taste.
